Idea Quota: This was a great way to get many ideas down on paper very quickly. The kids got to brainstorm different solutions and it pushed them to think past obvious ones to be more creative with their ideas.

Meet the Educator:

​​My name is Marnie O’Connell.  I have been teaching for 25 years, spending most of that time in first grade.  Currently, I teach reading to above and below grade level readers K-5.   I have a masters from GVSU in reading.  Before that I attended Hope College where I received my degree in English and Spanish.
