Creating a safe environment and a healthy culture for your teams will help them build better projects and solutions. Have your teams discuss their hopes, fears and set norms. As students move through their projects, continue to remind them of what they created and hold them accountable.
Creative DNA Assessment Protocol Instructions
Educator Thoughts:
The strategy used was the Creative DNA. I feel like the strategy worked really well. Many students realized that they had much more in common than they anticipated. I found the most challenging thing was that students wanted to color in multiple traits that fit them. The success was it helped us create team roles and held students accountable in their group.
