Protocol Overview and Instructions:
Within teams there are different personalities and strengths, by using the Creative DNA Sequence Protocol these strengths and differences can be highlighted and used. Doing this at the start of a project can be important for both you and your students as you begin your journey.

Educator Thoughts:
The strategy used was the Creative DNA. I feel like the strategy worked really well. Many students realized that they had much more in common than they anticipated. I found the most challenging thing was that students wanted to color in multiple traits that fit them. The success was it helped us create team roles and held students be accountable in their group.
