Project at a Glance :

Hamilton Business Development students visited the Bradford Company in Holland, Michigan. They were introduced to their leadership team, given a history overview of the corporation, and were give a plant tour. Students gathered internal information for this observation setting.    
 
Driving Question:

How can the Bradford Company get future generations to steer away from wanting to work remotely?  How to best handle the skills gap with new employees?  How can Bradford market manufacturing as a career for individuals?

  • Initially students will  practice presentations to local school members.  Followed by a presentation to the business.
  • Students will be allowed to determine roles within a presentation. Some will create the presentation, some will present, some will answer questions, and some will create the handouts.
