Business Partner Challenge:
How can we 'gamify' the production floor to make it more fun and boost engagement, participation, and recognition?
Our experience . . .
"I loved seeing the passion of the students when working with Stone Plastics. The students really took ownership of their own learning, and they weren't afraid to keep trying new things. Also, the students grew exponentially in maturity as they were forced to face real life challenges. It was an experience I will never forget." ~ W. Wegener. Educator
"Working with students at Stone Plastics was really motivating for me as a teacher. Students learned more about the work that takes place at Stone Plastics, and then considered the challenge of how to make the production floor fun and engaging for employees.Throughout the week, I was impressed by the creativity and engagement I saw from the students. After just a few days, they started working as a team, with each person contributing to our final solution and presentation. This experience helped me to see how a PBL experience might look from start to finish." ~ E. Ballard, Educator
