What can we create to engage and excite middle schoolers about where our food comes from, farming, and agriculture?

"I loved watching these students connect with each other, build one another up, and collaborate together to create the final solution. Critter Barn was such an interesting partnership due to their recent change in location and mission, so to help them problem solve through it was meaningful and forward thinking." ~ A. How can we improve our traveling farms outreach to include agricultural education while still preserving the fun, hands-on experiences with animals that our visitors love and look forward to each year, while also working within the limited staffing resources available during the summer?
