How can we improve our team member retention in both short term and long term efforts?
Our experience . . .
"Suburban Inns provided our students a real life scenario that many industries are currently facing- both short term and long term employee retention. Our students worked through all of the stages of the PBL process to provide cost effective recommendations to the leadership team at Suburban Inns. The students worked diligently interviewing employees within the company and outside of the company but within the industry. In two weeks, a small group of high school students were able to put together an entire presentation with real life solutions that could be implemented immediately in order to combat both short term and long term retention in the hospitality industry. We appreciate the opportunity to work with such a great business who opened many doors for our students." ~ M. Rollins, Educator
