This project is designed to help students in the EMS program learn about what skills make good employees, based on the OAISD SkillSense portfolio and Skills4Success. The project is created with the intention of being transferable to all programs at the Careerline Tech Center.

Meet the Educators:
Betsi Roelofs taught math at the high school level for 21 years and now is an instructional coach at the Careerline Tech Center. Kim Schrader has been a paramedic for 27 years and has worked at the Careerline Tech Center for the last 15 years, first as a paraprofessional and then as the lead instructor.
