How can we 'gamify' the production floor to make it more fun and boost engagement, participation, and recognition?

Students learned more about the work that takes place at Stone Plastics, and then considered the challenge of how to make the production floor fun and engaging for employees.Throughout the week, I was impressed by the creativity and engagement I saw from the students. After just a few days, they started working as a team, with each person contributing to our final solution and presentation.
